Job Description
We’re looking for a talented, energetic, and crowd-savvy DJ to bring the vibe and keep the energy high at our events and venues. If you know how to read a room, mix seamlessly, and create unforgettable musical experiences, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview:
As a DJ, you’ll be responsible for curating and mixing music that fits the mood, audience, and occasion. Whether it’s a nightclub, private event, wedding, or party, your role is to create an engaging and fun atmosphere that keeps the crowd entertained and on the dance floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curate and mix music sets tailored to the event type and audience
• Set up, operate, and break down DJ equipment before and after events
• Read the crowd and adjust music in real-time to maintain energy and engagement
• Make announcements, introductions, or emcee duties as needed
• Collaborate with event staff, clients, or promoters to ensure smooth coordination
• Maintain and update a diverse music library across multiple genres and styles
• Ensure volume levels and sound quality meet venue or event standards
• Handle special requests and adapt playlists as appropriate
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a DJ in clubs, events, or private parties
• Strong knowledge of music trends, genres, and mixing techniques
• Ability to operate DJ software and equipment (e.g., controllers, turntables, mixers)
• Excellent crowd-reading and time management skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Own equipment is a plus (depending on the venue or role)
