Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your extensive training to perform independent psychosocial evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with patients to create individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that address their unique emotional and psychological needs.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation strategies, and motivational interviewing techniques tailored to each patient.

• Engage in interdisciplinary coordination with other health professionals, such as primary care providers and psychologists, to foster a comprehensive treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted state license to practice independently in mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of one year of experience providing therapy as an independently licensed clinician.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting patient care and tracking progress.
