About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the second-shift maintenance operations across a high-volume manufacturing facility operating 12 production lines. This position oversees a dedicated team of approximately 15 technicians and leads, ensuring smooth daily operations, workflow management, and technical support.
