Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will provide tailored psychotherapy services to improve the mental health outcomes of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and collaboratively developing effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to deliver effective interventions based on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and timely clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Engaging regularly with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continually refine your therapeutic approach and collaborate with colleagues.
\n
• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and relevant community resources.

• Staying knowledgeable about the latest research in mental health to integrate emerging practices into client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a remote LCSW, you will primarily work with individuals and families receiving services from our hospice care programs, grappling with mental health challenges at a vulnerable time in their lives. You will have the opportunity to provide compassionate support to patients dealing with grief, anxiety, and other emotional challenges that arise during the end-of-life process. Your role is vital in helping these individuals achieve a dignified and peaceful mental state during their journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least two years of clinical experience delivering psychotherapy to a diverse clientele.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates with experience in hospice settings and an understanding of end-of-life issues. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth best practices is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for qualified candidates. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
